Abstract

Microabstract This exploratory study evaluated a 12-week exercise program in 218 patients with advanced lung cancer receiving chemotherapy. Compared to usual care, exercise stabilized neuropathy and significantly reduced pain (EORTC QLQ-C30/LC13), while neuropathy worsened in controls. Findings suggest exercise may help preserve health-related quality of life during chemotherapy and support its role in lung cancer care.
