Abstract
Spontaneous urinary bladder perforation with intravesical bowel herniation is an uncommon but serious condition. This is a case report of spontaneous bladder perforation with intravesical herniation of the small bowel in a 53-year-old man, who presented to the surgical ward with abdominal pain and macroscopic haematuria.
