Abstract
This review underscores that psoriasis can manifest in infancy, negatively impacting the quality of life of children and their families. It often presents as minor, less pruritic plaques with subtle characteristics. Pediatric psoriasis is associated with an increased risk of arthritis, metabolic disorders, and psychological conditions, necessitating regular screenings. Management remains challenging due to the limited number of treatment options and the limited experience with newer biologics.
