N2 - It has come to our attention that there is an error in our previously published paper: Scandura G, Wagner T, Beltran L, Alifrangis C, Shamash J, Berney DM. Pathological predictors of metastatic disease in testicular non-seminomatous germ cell tumors: which tumor-node-metastasis staging system? Mod Pathol. 2021 Apr;34(4):834-841. In spite of very high significance of vascular invasion as a prognostic factor in univariate analysis, in the multivariate table, this appeared to show the opposite. In fact, this was secondary to a statistical grouping error in multivariate analysis. The corrected Table 3 is shown below. This has minor consequential changes in Figure 2, which shows the ROC curve for the stability of the logistic regression model. The authors and editors agree that the error does not change the text or conclusions of the paper. The authors wish to sincerely apologize for this error.
