Abstract
The majority of meningiomas express somatostatin receptor 2 (SSRT2), which may be visualized by radiolabeled somatostatin receptor analogs such as [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-TOC. This enables the detection of small tumor remnants that cannot be correctly identified using conventional MRI. In this atypical WHO grade II meningioma, the remnant was hidden intravascularly in the sagittal sinus.
