To invent, design and combine novel non-invasive imaging technologies for displaying microstructural features of the connectome in the living human brain today only seen in a microscope. Microstructural features are cell shapes, sizes and densities at the micrometer length scale. I investigate the plasticity of these microstructural features in relation to the brain network and brain physiology in normal and diseased conditions.
Microstructure and plasticity imaging, and it’s relation to brain physiology in the healthy and diseased brain.
