Neuroinflammation in Parkinson and Atypical Parkinsonism and the identification of biological events reflecting disease state and progression in brain and blood samples of patients by both omics and target -specific approaches. Validation of the causality of the observations in preclinical models and biomarker clinical validity in prospective clinical cohort studies.
Study the underlying neurobiological endophenotye linked to cognitive traits associated with increased schizoprenia risk in well-characterized preclinical models.
