Current research

My Post Doc projects focus on the rehabilitation of muscle strain injuries, both in the acute and chronic phases (Clinicaltrials.gov.NCT02152098, manuscript preparation ongoing). This research combines imaging (ultrasound, dynamic MRI, both light and electron microscopy), applied rehabilitation, human performance testing and in vitro studies with samples/cells obtained from human subjects.
