Current research
The aim of this project is to assess the prognosis of CSU and CINDU in a hospital-based cohort of patients and identify side effects and predictive factors for outcome of treatment with omalizumab. Additionally, we want to prospectively assess the changes in quality of life and disease activity with questionnaires on quality of life and symptom activity in patients treated with omalizumab. Furthermore, we want to identify serological markers associated with chronic urticaria and disease activity/severity and with response to treatment with omalizumab.
