We examined retrospect the clinical outcome for patients with coloncancer and rectumcancer and SRCC as histopathological feature diagnosed in the years 2005-2012 We describe the clinicopathological features of pt. diagnosed with signet-cell carcinoma and evaluate survival outcome. We have reported the different treatment regimens used including the newer biological treatments and the clinical outcome.
