Current research
I am writing a PhD thesis on the subject of renal function in Danish HIV-infected individuals. The research is based in the Danish HIV Cohort Study, which is a study that includes all HIV-infected individuals in Denmark and has complete follow up since 1995. The main goal is to compare renal function in HIV-infected individuals with that of the general population in Denmark and find potential risk factors associated with deteriorating renal function.
