My expertise is performing genetic analysis on sparse and/or degraded material. I undertake the daily molecular analysis of biomarkers / somatic mutations relevant for the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of cancers.

My research interests are implementation and development of diagnostic tests for biomarkers relevant for a wide range of oncological diseases and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD). I am also involved in projects aiming at identifying new diagnostic and prognostic markers in cancer.
