Personal profile

Main research areas

I am a clinical psychologist and an upcoming PhD student at the Competence Centre for Transcultural Psychiatry. My research concerns cognitive deficits across PTSD populations. My focus is on mapping the cognitive profiles across diverse populations including Danish civilians and traumatized refugees with PTSD, as well as investigating the predictive value of cognitive impairments on treatment outcome. As such my focus areas include clinical research, cognitive testing, PTSD and cross-cultural neuropsychology.

I obtained my degree in clinical psychology from the University of Bristol and University of Copenhagen and have since 2021 been working as a clinical psychologist in the psychiatric healthcare. My previous research has concerned cognitive neuropsychology within the affective disorders.
