By looking at bacteriology (type, phenotype, genotype), antibodies, immun-response, oxygen, sinus surgery and conservative treatment, we are still trying to find the best way to treat the upper airways in patients with cystic fibrosis.
This concepts have been transferred to patients with Primary cilliary dyskenisia and other immune deffekts.
