Main research areas
Cardiometabolic conditions in pregnancy, particularly gestational diabetes and preeclampsia. I am particularly interested in prevention of diabetes and cardiometabolic conditions, follow-up including across sectors in the health system, psychosocial factors, communication, social determinants and global health. In my work, I employ a range of different research methods, such as complex interventions, epidemiology and qualitative research.
