Neuroscience; neuro-rehabilitation; traumatic brain injury; functional ability; validation of assessment scales; complex intervention, inequality in neuro-rehabilitation.
Current research
Development of a pain assessment scale for patients with disorders of consciousness; Phlegethon research network including the following projects: inequality in brain injury rehabilitation, patient and relative´s perception on rehabilitation trajectory, social network etc.; Improved environment (light, sound, information) for patients with traumatic brain injury in intensive care; Alterations of the brain´s connectome during recovery from traumatic brain injury: a longitudinal prospective study.
