Ph.D. project: The effect of intensive intervention for smoking cessation and disease activity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
The study is a randomised controlled trial and focuses on the effect of an intensive smoking cessation intervention on smoking cessation and disease activity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Furthermore, the study focuses on cardiovascular disease risk, health-related quality of life, fatigue, lung function and physical function in everyday life.
