    1. Hanne Christensen is a clinical stroke researcher with expertise in clinical observational as well as interventional studies since 1998; including a number of international investigator-initiated trials (e.g. INCH, ENOS and TARDIS). She is Professor of Neurology with Special Focus on Stroke at Bispebjerg og Frederiksberg Hospital and the University of Copenhagen and has honorary offices in Denmark and internationally including the position as Chair of Council of Fellows in the European Stroke Organisation.

    Current research

    Major ongoing research projects focus on intracerebral haemorrhage, imaging in acute stroke or transient ischaemic attack, antiplatelet therapy, and methods of cognitive testing in stroke.
