Personal profile

Brief presentation

Frederik Dornonville de la Cour is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Copenhagen, Rigshospitalet, and the Elsass Foundation in Denmark, where he conducts research, teaches, and disseminates knowledge in neurorehabilitation.

His primary research interests include fatigue, neuropsychological rehabilitation, treatment mechanisms in neurorehabilitation, and the validation of patient-reported outcome measures. His work focuses on adults with acquired brain injury and cerebral palsy. His PhD research explored the rehabilitation of fatigue following acquired brain injury, and his current projects aim to develop and validate methods for monitoring and managing symptoms of fatigue in daily life.

Frederik also has clinical experience as a neuropsychologist at a community-based brain injury rehabilitation center, where he worked from 2018 to 2022. Since 2020, he has served as treasurer and board member of the Danish Neuropsychological Society.

Areas of interest
