Current research
My PhD project is part of a larger randomised controlled trial with PI Kerstin Jessica Plessen, investigating treatment effects and potential neural and neurocognitive mediators of CBT vs an active control treatment with Psychoeducation/Relaxation Training (PRT) for youth with OCD. I focus on changes in neuropsychological test performance before and after treatment, investigating executive functions implicated in the symptomatology of OCD - primarily cognitive control processes related to response inhibition and set-shifiting ability.
