    Current research

Currently I am working on an international  study on asparaginase-associated pancreatitis (AAP). We have collected data on the largest number of patients ever, and will document new data on AAP at diagnosis, risk of complications and risk of re-exposing AAP patients to asparaginase.

Furthermore, we will explore host genome variants associated to developing AAP during ALL therapy. This will be done in collaboration with Chirag Patel's group at Harvard, Department of Bioinformatics.
