Current research

I am currently investigating potential predictive prognostic markers in a thickness matched cohort of cutaneous malignant melanoma by collecting clinical data and gene expression- and proteome data (collaborative effort with Rachael A Clark, BWH and Harvard Medical School and Klaus Kallenbach, Roskilde Hospital).

?I am investigating the role of production of IL-17A and F in neutrophils in psoriasis and identifying crosstalk molecules between keratinocytes in psoriasis in this disease (collaboration including Lone Skov, Herlev and Gentofte Hospital, University of Copenhagen and Rachael A Clark, BWH and Harvard Medical School).

?In collaboration with Matthias Mann's research group we are creating a proteomic skin atlas.
