Current research
Currently running a investigator-initiated phase IIa study called UPSTREAM that examines the effects of blocking the immunopathway driven by TSLP in asthma. The study is a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial of Tezepelumab (anti-TSLP) in subjects with symptomatic asthma despite treatment with inhaled corticosteroids.
