Cognitive and behavioral changes in PD and dystonia, with investigation of the underlying neurobiological mechanisms using functional neuro-imaging with MRI. Impulse control disorders and Levo-dopa induced dyskinesias in PD patients. Dopamine transporter imaging.

STN-DBS in Parkinson’s disease and dystonia, with a randomized protocol comparing stimulation in STN and GPi in dystonia patients is on-going. Structural imaging and stereology.
