Main research areas
Research in cancer genetics with focus on identifying new cancer genes and the related cancer syndromes. Our projects focus on hereditary cancer syndromes in colorectal cancer and Lynch syndrome, melanoma, childhood cancer, breast cancer, gynecological cancers and hereditary breast-ovarian cancer.
Current research
Identifying new cancer genes in hereditary colorectal cancer by exome sequencing. Also projects in familial melanoma and childhood cancer.
