Unit for complicated schizophrenia and oligophrenia is a specialized clinical unit offering treatment and clinical research within the two patient groups. Our research focus is mainly related to clinical psychopharmacology and includes cohorts of treatment resistant schizophrenia and patients gradually tapering antipsychotic medications. We focus on rare and serios adverse effect to psychotropics, especially clozapine
