Aims and objectives
Our aim is to develop and conduct innovative cardiology projects in collaboration with other departments at University of Copenhagen, Hvidovre Hospital, other national heart Centre, and heart Centre abroad.
Focus areas
We have our focus in arrhythmia, in particular atrial fibrillation, screening of silent atrial fibrillation, cardiac imaging, ischemic heart disease, physical exercise arrhythmia in heart failure, temporal patterns in relapses of atrial fibrillation, life style changes in heart diseases,new e-based methods of education of medical students, use of biomarkers in cardiology..

The foundation og´f our work is observational studies, interventional studies, cardiac imaging studies, screening studies, biomarker analyses.
