Center for Neuropsychiatric Schizophrenia Research (CNSR) is a multidisciplinary research center with the overall goal of developing a scientific basis for an optimized and individualized treatment of schizophrenia and to prevent progressive brain changes and loss of function in the patients. The research of CNSR is devoted to increase our understanding of the neurobiology of psychosis, including trajectories leading to emerging psychopathology (psychiatric vulnerability. We apply complex, computational methodologies to multimodal neuropsychiatric examinations, including interviews about psychopathology, various brain imaging (MRI, DTI, PET, MRS and EEG), cognitive tests and blood/metabolic markers to embrace the clinical complexity
