Abstract

This thesis investigates to what degree mental health care actually reaches the patients seeking help and to what degree psychotherapy achieves reducing health care consumption and improving occupational functioning. The thesis includes three studies of patients referred to and offered treatment at Stolpegaard Psychotherapy Centre.
