Abstract
To use dynamic magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) of hyperpolarized (13) C-pyruvate to follow the progress over time in vivo of breast cancer metabolism in the MMTV-PymT model, and to follow the response to the anti-estrogen drug tamoxifen.
