Abstract
Transnasal endoscopy is well tolerated, but physiological benefits compared with conventional gastroscopy have not been studied in detail. The aims of this randomised study were to evaluate cardiopulmonary features, patient tolerance, and the endoscopist's evaluation of transnasal versus conventional endoscopy.
