Abstrakt

The first case of cholesteatoma associated purulent meningitis and bacteriemia due to Filifactor alocis and Porphyromonas gingivalis is reported. The patient recovered fully after acute mastoidectomy and four weeks of benzylpenicillin and metronidazole.
