Some errors were present in the original published version of this article. First, in the Results, Target attainment section, the sentence 'For the licensed dosing regimen, target achievement requires doses from0.67-1.96 and 2.10-9.25 times the standard 80 mg/kg (50% fT>4%MIC and 100% fT>1%MIC, respectively).' should have read 'For the licensed dosing regimen, target achievement requires doses from0.67-1.96 and 1.98-5.78 times the standard 80 mg/kg (50%fT>4%MIC and 100%fT>1%MIC, respectively).' Second, in Figure 5, some of the values for dose and AUCss were incorrect. The corrected figure is given below. (Figure presented).
