First, in the Results, Target attainment section, the sentence 'For the licensed dosing regimen, target achievement requires doses from0.67-1.96 and 2.10-9.25 times the standard 80 mg/kg (50% fT>4%MIC and 100% fT>1%MIC, respectively).' should have read 'For the licensed dosing regimen, target achievement requires doses from0.67-1.96 and 1.98-5.78 times the standard 80 mg/kg (50%fT>4%MIC and 100%fT>1%MIC, respectively).' Second, in Figure 5, some of the values for dose and AUCss were incorrect. The corrected figure is given below. (Figure presented). The errors have now been corrected in the online version of the article. The authors and Journal apologize for these errors.
