This article corrects: “The maternal age-related first trimester risks for trisomy 21, 18 and 13 based on Danish first trimester data from 2005 to 2014” published in Prenatal Diagnosis in 2016, volume 36, issue 7, page 643–649. First published online 6 June 2016 The authors have been aware of two minor typing errors. First, the correct typing of the formula of Boltzmann sigmoidal model is: Y = bottom + (top − bottom)/(1 + exp((V50 − x)/slope)) Secondly, in table 2, the constrains of Top, Bottom and Absolute sum of squares for T21 have to be corrected by a factor 10 to 7.350, 470.700 and 12510, respectively, to match the corresponding figure 2 (prevalence per 10000 women instead of per 1000 women). Table 2, updated. Boltzmann data of the best fitted sigmoidal curve to describe the age-related risk of T21, T18 and T13 by the end of first trimester per 10000 women. Y = bottom + (top-bottom)/(1 + exp((V50-x)/slope)). (Table presented.).
