Abstract

We thank SANE for their letter (1), an important contribution to the dialogue concerning Paediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome (PANS) and Paediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infection (PANDAS) management. The "Clinical guidance for diagnosis and management of suspected Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome in the Nordic countries" is a broad consensus document where experts from Sweden, Norway, Denmark and United Kingdom have contributed (2).
