Approaching Patients with Hyper-reflectivity and Perplexity: An Empirical Qualitative Investigation

Abstract

A qualitative approach was applied. The data material encompass email interviews with four phenomenological researchers. Email interviews have drawbacks compared to face-to-face interviews. The lack of emotional expressions was partly circumvented by the use of emoticons and expressive formatting.
