Intro: The overall objective of this PhD is to develop new large-scale analytical
approaches to understand the genetic causes of human traits and diseases. This
will be done through a protein-centric approach as well as developing a sequence-aware deep learning model for integrating large-scale human genome
variation with genome annotations and evolutionary features.
Metoder: Our approaches will be developed on and take advantage of the UKBB and iPSYCH cohorts.
Resultater (forventede): Will be published during the PhD project
Diskussion/impact (forventet): Development of a new large-scale analytical approaches to understand the genetic causes of human traits and diseases, including mental disorders.
