Principal investigator of two research projects:

Effect of evidence based breastfeeding support to families with preterm infants – research-based knowledge implemented in practice. This is a national quasi-experimental study with participation of 11 Danish neonatal intensive care units. We expect to include 1000 mother-infant dyads. Project period 2016-2018.

Measuring compliance with the Baby-friendly Hospital Initiative for neonatal wards (Neo-BFHI). International Self-Assessment survey of policies and practices to protect, promote and support breastfeeding in neonatal wards. An international study with participation of 37 countries from all continents. Project period 2016 – 2017.
