Development, adjustment and evaluation of the American model RENEW (Rehabilitation for Empowerment Natural supports, Education and Work) targeting young adults with mental health difficulties in out-patient mental health services and in occupational services through participatory research. Evaluation through narrative interviews with professionals and young adults with mental health difficulties.
Currently working on a scientific article about which professional discourses on non-attendance can be identified in mental health and occupational services. Focus is how these discourses are constructed based on different understandings of young adults with mental health difficulties as well as different understandings of services and how the discourses also construct new realities.
Planned articles:
- Non-attendance in public service sectors targeting youth with mental health difficulties – a complex problem to solve
- Intersectoral collaboration on further development of the RENEW-model
- Experiences with working with and being in the RENEW process
