Aktuel forskning

I’m involved in a number of research projects looking at the structure and function of the healthy brain and how the brain is altered due to disease. In a multiple sclerosis project we investigate how the symptom fatigue is reflected in the brain both structurally and functionally. In another multiple sclerosis project we’re investigating how new MR sequences can be used to better characterize disease state. In a third project, we’re investigating biomarkers for recovery after traumatic brain injury. Furthermore, I research how sequential motor actions are represented in the healthy human brain.
