Immunology behind the reactions, factors which promotes sensitization and elicitation; development of tolerance and local memory in the skin. The skin barrier and effect of filaggrin on the development of the immune system. The effect of the microbiome in the development of allergy and dermatitis. Molecular understanding of hand eczema and atopic dermatitis.
