Aims and objectives
The major aims of RUBRIC (Research Unit on Brain injury rehabilitation Copenhagen) are to perform cutting edge research of the early stages of rehabilitation after severe brain injury to perform prognosis, investigate factors that determine complications and response to therapy. Moreover, to improve patient trajectory by investigating patients and caregivers experience with the admissions followed by implementation of guidelines.

We are an interdisciplinary research unit consisting of nurses, physicians, physio-and occupational therapists, speech-launguage phathologists and neuropsychologists.
Our methods are in the range from epidemiological, experimental to interviews and observational.
